Welcome to PosterPups (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using posterpups.com and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1) Custom products & previews

  • You upload a photo and choose a style/size. We generate a preview to show overall composition and vibe. The final print may have minor variations in color, brightness, cropping, and texture due to printing processes and paper.
  • Because items are personalized and made to order, sales are final except as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

2) Your content & license to us

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own (or have permission to use) all photos and materials you upload.
  • Your uploads do not infringe any third-party rights and do not contain prohibited content (see our Content & Upload Guidelines).

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and print your uploads solely for: (a) generating previews, (b) producing your order, (c) resolving support issues, and (d) internal quality/training of our models and tooling (non-public), unless you email support@posterpups.com to opt out of (d).

3) Prohibited content

No uploads that are illegal, hateful, explicit, or copyright-infringing (e.g., franchise logos/characters). We may cancel and refund any order that violates our policies.

4) Orders, pricing & taxes

  • We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, policy violations, or availability issues.
  • Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.
  • Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

5) Shipping & risk of loss

See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

6) Disclaimers

Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that previews will be identical to final prints. Color variance between screens and print is normal.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PosterPups and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PosterPups harmless from claims arising out of your uploads, your breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or rights of a third party.

9) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in The United States of America, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

10) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version.
