Refund policy

Because every PosterPups print is made to order and customized from your photo and style choices, all sales are final. We do, however, replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible for a free replacement

We’ll remake and resend your item at no cost if, within 14 days of delivery, you report one of the following with photos:

  • The product arrived damaged in transit.
  • There is a manufacturing defect (e.g., severe print flaws, wrong paper/size).
  • You received the wrong item/size compared to your order confirmation.

How to report an issue:

Email support@posterpups.com with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

Not eligible

Because these are personalized prints, we cannot refund or replace for:

  • Changes of mind after purchase.
  • “The AI result wasn’t exactly what I imagined” when it matches the prompt and preview direction.
  • Color/brightness differences between screens and print (normal across devices).
  • Low-resolution or poor-quality uploads provided by the customer.
  • Minor cropping/positioning variances required by size/bleed.
  • Unauthorized content (e.g., copyrighted characters/logos) that violates our Content & Upload Guidelines.

Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of ordering if production hasn’t started. After production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns for customized goods. If there’s an eligible issue (above), we will replace the item.

Chargebacks

If an item qualifies under “Eligible for a free replacement,” please contact us so we can fix it fast. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
