All PosterPups prints are made to order. Production begins soon after purchase.

Production & shipping timelines

• Production time: typically 2–4 business days.
• Transit time (U.S.): usually 3–7 business days once shipped.
• International: transit times vary by destination and customs.

Times are estimates and not guaranteed. Peak seasons or carrier delays can extend timelines.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation.

Wrong/insufficient address

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned or lost, additional reshipment costs may apply.

Lost or stalled shipments

If tracking hasn’t moved for 10+ days (U.S.) or 20+ days (international), contact support@posterpups.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Damaged in transit

See Refund & Returns Policy for photo requirements and replacement eligibility.

Customs, duties & taxes (international)

Recipients are responsible for any import fees charged by their country.
